They are single or multiple strands of synthetic eyelashes applied to a single natural eyelash, creating a longer, fuller, and darker lash look. We use Xtreme Lashes products are developed to the highest standards of safety under the direction of Registered Nurse, CEO, and Co-Founder, Jo Mouselli. Xtreme Lash Stylist are credentialed health and beauty professionals who have successfully completed rigorous training and evaluation.

Do not curl your eyelashes or wear mascara to the appointment. Ensure that your eyelashes and eyes are makeup-free, clean, and dry. If you are a contact lens wearer, remove your contacts prior to application and bring your prescription glasses to wear during the first 3 hours after the application.

Depending on the look you want to achieve and percentage of coverage, plus the Lash Artist skill level, each initial set can range from 1.5 hours to 3 hours. Relishes or lash refills, every 2-3 weeks and can range from 1 hour to 2 hours. After 4 weeks you would need to get another full set or the desired look won’t be achieved in a relash session. During the procedure, you are on reclined in Lazy boys for a “Lash Nap.”

Indefinitely with routine relashes. Typically, you lose an eyelash extension every time a natural eyelash shed. With routine relashes, new extensions can be applied to new natural eyelashes to maintain original look. We want to partner with everyone that comes thru our doors, therefore, we equip you with all the information to help protect your investment. In addition, we have a full range of makeup and skin care that is made to go with your eyelash extensions.

We recommend to do your fills every 2-3 weeks with a retainment of 50% of your extensions from previous service, otherwise, we recommend a full set to get back to your desired look. During the relash process, we take off any twisted, grown out extensions and then fill with new extensions.  We DO NOT FILL TO FULL, only within the time frame of the fill service you pick.  Please consult with your lash artist as it is preference on how you want your lash fill to look.  

Every artist is highly trained to keep the integrity of your natural lash. We do full free consultations for each new client to go over the process, risks, and desired look. We can only apply as much to your natural lash without damaging.

We use 2 brands of adhesive.  From Xtreme by Jo Mouselli, Flex Fusion with Rapid Cure Technology is Dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic.  This adhesive is recommended for all consumers, especially those with sensitive eyes or contact lens wearers.  As well as, Novalash by Sophy Merszei waterproof, oil proof adhesives.  Depending on your daily activities and sensitivities, we will find the right adhesive for you.

INSIDER TIPS: To facilitate a more flexible, longer-lasting bond and to minimize potential irritation or allergy, consumers need to protect eyelash extensions from water, liquids, steam, excessive heat, and cosmetics (skincare, mascara, etch) during the first 3 hours after application.

• My eyes are free from signs and symptoms of infection, such as redness, swelling, discharge, flaky skin, broken skin, and fully recovered from recent eye surgeries or procedures.
• I do not have allergies/sensitivities to aloe, coconut, long-wear cosmetics, waterproof cosmetics, nail adhesives, acrylates, or cyanoacrylate adhesives.
• I do not suffer from severe allergies and/or carry an allergy pen.
• I am comfortable lying down for several hours with my eyes closed.
• I can avoid exposing my eyelash extensions to excessive steam, heat, and moisture during he first 3 hours of application.
• I can wear eyeglasses instead of contact lenses during the first 3 hours after my application.
• I can avoid receiving airbrush or spray tanning during the first 3 hours after my application.
• I can avoid using oil-free cosmetics and skincare during the first 3 hours after application.

Depending on which adhesive use during application, your Lash Artist will provide additional instructions on how to care for your eyelash extensions.

We only use Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mouselli synthetic faux mink eyelash extensions. All lash services include a full cleaning of your natural lashes and lash line with the exception of a mini relash. A relash application is recommended every 2-3 weeks with a retainment of 50% of your extensions from previous service, otherwise, we recommend a full set to get back to your desired look. Please consult with your Lash Artist.

We require a credit card booking fee of $9 for all appointments which is included in the price of service. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you must do so 12 hours before your appointment, otherwise, we charge 50% of the service.

We strongly stand by our work; therefore, we honor a 2-day fallout policy with a complimentary 30 mini relash service. Booking needs to be scheduled within 5 days from the last service. Coming from Another Salon or booking a 30 minute relash VOIDS this policy.

Don’t worry, we always take on new clients from another salon as long as the work has been done correctly.  We just add $20 fee on top of your relash, relash plus, or mega relash.  We DO NOT honor the 2 day fall out policy as we wouldn’t know if it’s our work or another salon work.  

Please note: We do full consultations with all our new clients, a removal and fullset might be suggested if work is done incorrectly and we will need to fix.  We are highly trained and we care about your natural lashes.

Please keep in mind, when booking with an apprentice or if you are a model, the artist is still trying to perfect their craft and timing.  All appointments may go over 30 minutes.
